Where possible, we leave the content of testimonials as they were sent to us. We do get a lot of positive comments, and sometimes we get some negative ones, either on Google Review, or Facebook. Our view is that any of our Customers are welcome to share their opinions. We may see it differently, and we encourage people to contact us first to try to sort out any issues. Where we can't resolve things, we accept the comments and move on to assist our many satisfied and repeat Customers.
